We’re excited about the coming year? Aren’t you?
Whenever I think about New Year, it brings back memories of growing up in the Philippines. The fireworks and the smoke everywhere might bring chill or scare some (especially if it’s being lit just 2 meters from you), but for a gal like me, I get excited over it.
One of my favorite New Year memories was when my cousin would get his little “bazooka” (yes, his quite handy and made his own bazooka). He’d light it in front of our grandparent’s house, back when my grandparents had a huge lot in front of their house, and we would stand behind him with our ears covered as he fires it up in the sky. The bazooka doesn’t really fire anything but a gunpowder stuff that I believe is wrapped in paper. But the sound of it is like a loud thunder coming out of a drum.
Now, with the increase of population and houses being built after each other, that lot is now just a memory.
Anyway, I hope this New Year bring new beginnings not just to your business, but also to your family and lifestyle. I find at some blogs and news, articles about predictions for the coming year…
…but this prediction that was shared on Google+, I can definitely agree.
