I was hired a while ago by a  product company to create a Google Plus (+) Page for them.
Here is a quick and easy tutorial to help you get your own Google Plus Page for your Business.
Of course, the first thing you need to do is have a Google+ account before you can create a Page. In order to do this, you need to sign up for a personal Google+ account. Chris Brogan has a blog about Getting Started with Google Plus here.
After you have created your own Google+ personal account. It’s time to create your business’ Google+ page.
From your Google Account stream, locate the “Create a Goole+ Page” link at the bottom right side of the page.
It will bring you the page where you can Pick the Category where you business or company falls. Just follow direction to complete adding Information about your business.
Once your page is created, you’ll have a page like this. Just add a profile photo or avatar which is shown  on left side of the image below.
