Hey! I’m glad you’re here, and I hope you like using this tool! Donating is optional, but feel free to also share to your colleagues this nifty resource.
After you’ve customized the signature, click “Copy Rich” to paste it directly into Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail’s signature settings. If your client doesn’t support rich pasting, click “Copy HTML” or “Download .html” and import the HTML into your signature settings.
We’ve built the signature using table-based, inline CSS, which is the most reliable format for email clients. It will look nearly identical in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and most mobile apps. Slight variations (like font rendering or button corners) may appear depending on the platform.
Yes. You’ll just need the direct image URLs (links to where the images are hosted online). Paste those into the generator, and they’ll display in the preview. For best results, use a square headshot around 120px by 120px and a company logo no wider than 200px.
Not at all! The generator is point-and-click. You enter your details, preview the result, and copy it with a single button. The HTML code is ready-made for you—no coding required.
For your email signature to display images correctly (and look professional), your headshot and company logo need to be hosted on a secure, public URL (https://).
Best practice:
Upload your images to your own website domain (example: https://yourcompany.com/wp-content/uploads/signatures/logo.png).
Use small, optimized files (under 100KB).
Recommended sizes:
• Headshot: ~120×120 pixels (square)
• Logo (horizontal version): ~200–250 pixels wide
Why this matters:
Images hosted on your own domain make your signature look trustworthy and reduce the chance of emails being flagged as spam. Free file hosts (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.) are not reliable for email signatures.
👉 If you don’t have a secure image URL yet, ask your web admin to upload your images to your site’s /signatures/ folder or media library, then copy the link into the generator.
