Best practice:

• Upload your images to your own website domain (example: https://yourcompany.com/wp-content/uploads/signatures/logo.png).

• Use small, optimized files (under 100KB).

• Recommended sizes:
  • Headshot: ~120×120 pixels (square)
  • Logo (horizontal version): ~200–250 pixels wide

Why this matters:
Images hosted on your own domain make your signature look trustworthy and reduce the chance of emails being flagged as spam. Free file hosts (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.) are not reliable for email signatures.
