Founded in 2009 by Chie Carroll, 3mpStudio began as an independent web design and development studio and has evolved alongside the digital landscape. Over the years, we’ve worked with small businesses, nonprofits, ministries, professional organizations, and clients across different industries and locations — helping them turn ideas into effective digital experiences.
In 2019, we made Waco, Texas, our home base. Today, 3mpStudio operates as a remote agency serving clients in Central Texas and beyond, bringing together strategy, design, development, marketing, and technology without being limited by geography.

Web development remains at the heart of what we do, with extensive experience building and managing WordPress and CMS-powered websites. But an effective digital presence doesn’t stop when a website launches.
Our work has expanded to include search engine optimization, local SEO, paid advertising, ongoing website management, digital strategy, and practical applications of AI and automation.

Hi, I’m Chie, Founder and Web Producer at 3mpStudio.
My journey into web development began in 1998, when I gave one of my first college presentations on “Building a Website.” What started as an early fascination with the web became a career spanning design, development, digital strategy, and marketing.
My early professional experience at an advertising agency gave me a foundation in both traditional media and digital design, and taught me to look beyond how something looks, and consider how it communicates, connects with an audience, and supports a larger business goal.
Over the years, I’ve continued to evolve alongside the web — from the early days of hand-built websites to WordPress, search marketing, digital advertising, automation, and today’s rapidly changing AI landscape.
I founded 3mpStudio to bring those disciplines together.
Today, I lead the strategy and production behind our web development and digital marketing work, while continuing to explore and build practical technologies that help our clients compete in an increasingly digital world.
I still love the process that drew me to the web in the first place: taking an idea, figuring out how it should work, and turning it into something useful.
Outside the studio, life is just as creative. I homeschool our kids, share coffee breaks with Tim, and usually have another family or creative project somewhere in the works.
Tim - Client Support
Hi, I’m Tim, Billing Specialist at 3mpStudio. I help keep the administrative side of the studio organized, assisting with billing, client accounts, customer support, and the behind-the-scenes details that help everything run smoothly.
With a background in communications and counseling, along with six years of experience in the BPO industry, I bring a combination of customer service, problem-solving, and attention to detail to my role.
I enjoy helping clients find answers, working through questions, and making processes easier to understand. Whether I’m assisting with an account, handling administrative details, or supporting the tools and services we provide, my goal is to make sure clients have a helpful and positive experience with 3mpStudio.
Outside of the studio, I’m a proud dad, runner, coffee enthusiast, and someone who enjoys meaningful conversations about faith and life. Working alongside Chie gives me the opportunity to bring my experience in communication and customer service to the day-to-day operations of a growing digital agency.
Gwen - Digital Assistant
Hi, I’m Gwen, Digital Assistant at 3mpStudio. I support the day-to-day work behind the studio, from administrative tasks and website content updates to creating graphics in Canva and helping with other digital projects as needed.
Working with 3mpStudio gives me the opportunity to continue building my skills in web content, digital design, and the tools that businesses use to manage their online presence. I especially enjoy projects where I can bring some of my creative background into the digital work we do.
Outside of 3mpStudio, I wear a few other hats around Waco. I work as a barista at a local coffee shop and serve as a mentor in an after-school program for kids — experiences that have helped me grow in communication, creativity, and working with people of all ages.
Art is still an important part of who I am. I enjoy journaling, drawing, and painting watercolor scenes inspired by Waco and the places around me. Whether I’m working with a website, creating a design, making coffee, mentoring kids, or picking up a paintbrush, I’m always learning something new and finding different ways to be creative.
