Deposits & Payment
All $500 or less projects must be paid in full before the start of the project. Depending on the type of project and/or services, we can provide a payment plan for projects over $1000. We require a 50% down payment upon acceptance of the quote to commence a project. Down payment is refundable within 7 days of notice if you wish to cancel the project. A $50.00 cancellation fee is due when you cancel the project. Due to the digital nature of the product, if you cancel the project 15 days after commencement of project, all monies are forfeited to 3mpStudio. We accept payment with Mastercard, Visa, Discover or e-check via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay with PayPal. As long as you have a valid credit card, you will be able to send payment via PayPal. Aside from electronic receipt you will receive from PayPal, receipt can mailed to you upon request. If you have questions with the payment method, feel free to contact us. Check payments must be made to 3MPSTUDIO. We do not accept personal check unless mutually agreed upon.Remaining balance is due before installation of the design. Once we receive your final payment, we will install and publish the website to your hosting provider or through the hosting services we provide, whichever is applicable.
As part of our promise to satisfy our clients, we work hard to complete and deliver the project in a timely manner. It is our desire to make you, the Client happy from start to finish. Projects can be completed within 15-30 days for small to medium type website and 30 or more days for website projects with additional services (i.e. brand/identity development, portfolio creation, image editing).
Project commences when the full payment or down payment due has been paid using valid payment methods we accept, whichever is applicable. We will communicate with you throughout the development of the project. It is of high importance that you stay in communication with us especially when an information is requested for the project. When a client fails to respond within 25 days of the date an information is requested, all monies will be forfeited to 3mpStudio.
For websites hosted elsewhere, all client agrees to authorize 3mpStudio to have access to the hosting provider, domain manager or blog host once the down payment is completed. You need to send to 3mpStudio your web hosting and domain registrar’s details to log-in.
Design and Content:
All material/s, design, images and contents you provide to us must be owned by you or you must have permission or license to use such material/s. If you will be using free stock photos, please ensure proper credits are gathered before sending to us. If we have to search for photos to use for your website, you will be billed for extra hourly rate and any expenses that is incurred in obtaining the photo/images. We DO NOT accept UNACCEPTABLE or INAPPROPRIATE Graphic Design and Website work. Contact 3mpStudio for a full list of unacceptable work.
Neither 3mpStudio nor any of its contractors or agents, warrant that the functions contained in the Web Design Project and/or Services we provided will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event 3mpStudio be liable to the Client or any third party for any damages, including, but not limited to, service interruptions caused by other 3rd party, the Hosting Service or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
