Responsible AI Policy
Last Updated: September 2026
At 3mpStudio, we believe artificial intelligence can be a valuable creative and productivity tool when used thoughtfully and responsibly.
We use AI-assisted technologies in certain parts of our workflow to help us research, brainstorm, organize information, develop ideas, improve efficiency, and support the digital services we provide. However, AI does not replace the experience, judgment, creativity, or responsibility of the people behind 3mpStudio.
Our goal is simple: use AI to enhance our work—not replace the human thinking behind it.
How We Use AI
Depending on the project, 3mpStudio may use artificial intelligence and AI-assisted tools to support tasks such as:
- brainstorming concepts, messaging, and content ideas;
- researching topics and organizing information;
- assisting with website copy and content development;
- supporting search engine optimization and keyword research;
- assisting with code development, troubleshooting, and technical workflows;
- generating outlines, drafts, summaries, or variations for review;
- assisting with image concepts or other creative exploration;
- analyzing information and identifying opportunities for improvement; and
- automating repetitive administrative or production tasks.
AI-generated or AI-assisted material used in client work may be reviewed, edited, refined, or otherwise evaluated by a person before being incorporated into a final deliverable when appropriate for the service being provided.
Human Oversight
We do not consider AI output automatically accurate, original, appropriate, or ready for publication.
AI systems can produce incorrect, outdated, incomplete, biased, or misleading information. For that reason, 3mpStudio uses human judgment as an important part of our AI-assisted workflow.
When AI contributes to client-facing work, our goal is to ensure the final result reflects the client’s business, audience, objectives, and brand—not simply the output of an automated system.
Client Information & Confidentiality
We take the confidentiality of client information seriously.
We aim to minimize the amount of confidential, proprietary, personal, or sensitive information provided to third-party AI systems. We do not intentionally use confidential client information to train our own public artificial intelligence models.
When third-party AI services are used, information may be processed according to the privacy policies, terms, security practices, and data-retention policies of those providers.
Clients should not send passwords, payment card information, private authentication credentials, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary project communications unless we have specifically established an appropriate method for receiving it.
Our use of personal information is also subject to the 3mpStudio Privacy Policy.
AI and Client Websites
Some websites, applications, plugins, integrations, or digital services we build may incorporate AI-powered features or third-party services.
When a project includes such technology, its operation may also be governed by the terms, privacy policies, data practices, and limitations of the applicable third-party provider.
Where appropriate, we may recommend that clients update their own privacy policies, terms, disclosures, consent mechanisms, or internal procedures before deploying AI-enabled features.
The client remains responsible for determining any legal, regulatory, industry-specific, or contractual requirements that apply to the client’s business and its use of those technologies.
Content, SEO & Accuracy
AI may assist us with research, SEO strategy, content planning, outlines, drafting, editing, or optimization. It is not treated as an unquestioned source of truth.
We strive to review factual claims and important information before publication when appropriate. However, clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving final content concerning their business, including information about their products, services, pricing, credentials, policies, medical or legal claims, guarantees, and other business-specific representations.
We do not knowingly use AI to create deceptive reviews, fake testimonials, impersonations, fabricated credentials, misleading claims, or other content intended to deceive users or search engines.
Originality & Intellectual Property
AI introduces evolving questions involving copyright, trademarks, ownership, licensing, and other intellectual-property rights.
3mpStudio aims to use AI-assisted tools responsibly and does not knowingly instruct AI systems to reproduce protected work in a manner that infringes another party’s rights.
When AI-generated or AI-assisted materials are incorporated into a project, their availability for copyright or other intellectual-property protection may depend on applicable law and the circumstances surrounding their creation.
Clients who require exclusive intellectual-property rights or have specific licensing requirements should discuss those requirements with us before work begins.
AI-Generated Images & Creative Assets
AI-generated imagery or other synthetic media may occasionally be used for concepts, mockups, backgrounds, supporting graphics, or other creative applications when appropriate.
We do not knowingly use AI to impersonate real people, fabricate endorsements, or create intentionally deceptive representations.
When licensing, ownership, authenticity, or exclusivity is particularly important to a project, we may recommend using appropriately licensed photography, illustration, stock assets, or commissioned original work instead.
Third-Party AI Services
3mpStudio may use third-party software and platforms that incorporate artificial intelligence. AI capabilities are increasingly built into website platforms, search tools, analytics systems, design applications, development tools, productivity software, and marketing platforms.
These services are controlled by their respective providers. Their functionality, terms, AI models, data practices, and privacy policies may change over time.
3mpStudio cannot guarantee the availability, accuracy, security, or continued operation of third-party AI services.
What We Will Not Knowingly Use AI For
3mpStudio will not knowingly use AI to:
- create intentionally false or deceptive client content;
- fabricate customer reviews or testimonials;
- impersonate a client, customer, employee, or other real person for deceptive purposes;
- intentionally violate another party’s intellectual-property rights;
- make consequential decisions about individuals solely through AI where human review is reasonably required;
- circumvent security safeguards or gain unauthorized access to systems; or
- misrepresent AI-generated information as verified fact when we know it has not been verified.
Transparency
We believe responsible AI use requires transparency without unnecessarily labeling every routine use of an AI-assisted feature.
Because AI is increasingly incorporated into everyday software, not every use of an AI-assisted tool will receive an individual disclosure.
When AI plays a significant role in a deliverable where its use could reasonably affect a client’s decision, rights, expectations, or the authenticity of the work, we aim to communicate that use when appropriate.
Clients are always welcome to ask whether or how AI is being used on their project.
Client Preferences
We understand that organizations have different requirements regarding artificial intelligence.
If your company has an internal AI policy, confidentiality requirement, regulatory obligation, or preference regarding AI-assisted work, please tell us before the project begins.
We are happy to discuss whether those requirements can be incorporated into the project’s scope and workflow.
Responsible Adoption
Artificial intelligence is evolving rapidly, and so are the laws, technologies, industry standards, and best practices surrounding it.
3mpStudio may update this policy as our services, technology, and AI practices evolve.
Our guiding principle will remain the same:
AI should support better human work—not remove human responsibility for it.
